I think I was using the concept of fair comment. I wasn't trying to be mean. I was pointing out lies, hypocrisy. The threads are gone, so you don't know what was in them, but siffice to say, when Phil launched into his rant on LFAs, I pointed out Amanda's diagnosis; LFA.
The way he worder it was priceless. He said he especially hated LFAs who tried to wiggle out of their diagnosis, to act like they were better than they were. Which, applied to Amanda, was pretty harsh. I guess it hurt him pretty bad, that he himself had stereotyped Amanda Baggs so cruelly.
And is it okay, let me ask you this, is it okay for him to say that about any LFA? That they are inherently unintelligent? Is it right to say things like "You weren't given the whole DSM IV then, because the Site owners wanted you to look stupid because you are a such and such!"
It's not quite exact, but it's close. He also denies I'm an Aspie.
Yeah it's fair because it's true. And according to Phil, that Amanda person isn't LFA. She's HFA.

And according to her blog, it was LFA. That's what she wrote that she was diagnosed with. Phil's twisting things, Lynx. I don't care what Phil thinks, when Amanda Baggs herself wrote that her doctor diagnosed her as LFA. Does Phil have a degree to take on a medicla professional?

Amanda's diagnosis is wrong. Phil has said so and explained why and we believe him. And before you say "he's not a doctor" don't forget Amanda has been surrounded by quacks all her life. She has been constantly misdiagnosed and mistreated.

Nope, that story will not fly. Phil was ordering about other people's lives, telling them how to live them, demanding that an anonymous fellow tell his brother who had phoned anonymous to tell him he was contemplating suicide...
Phil demanded that he tell his brother all sorts of rot. Telling someone who was suicidal, who has just realized the reason that he was that way was because of AS, all kinds of things about AS being a gift, that AS was great, and so on. It sounded like a sales pitch.

Amanda is still surrounded by quacks. Just better ones. Phil explained it as I said. And it was explained to him by his own treating doctor. What gave Amanda her LFA diagnosis was her physical problems. And ONLY her physical problems. Phil believes they shouldn't have been taken into account, and his treating doctor agreed. Amanda still doesn't have the diagnosis correct. there's too much evidence against an LFA diagnosis. Evidence that you don't know.

You aren't using all your IQ points because you've been pulled into the NT world. We let Phil be himself. We don't like fakes. I have Aspergers, and I have the diagnosis, scars and emotional trauma to prove it. Childhood was indeed unkind.

I don't seem to see this clearly, then. I harassed Phil? Can he not stomach Fair Comment? It was on Fore's blog, and it was part of a discussion. He loses his temper, it's a very bad habit of his. Not to mention, he takes Fore too seriously. And I wasn't impressed that he reneged on his word.

I was not harassing him out of an intent to cause distress, but out of discussion and fair comment. And due to that apparent hacker attack on Fore's blog, the original comments, and even the original topics, are gone. Therefore, that evidence would be thrown out by any court. It is obviously unverified text, and easy prey to tampering. With no originals, and only his word, as you were not first party witnesses, it is unusable as evidence.
Besides, I have you guys on conspiracy to harass charges, as well as another for harassing me for a personal gain, my silence.
