Due to the lack of apology over what happened here, from the man who orchestrated a group of people who forced the blog into a temporary and rolling hiatus, as well as Comment Moderation lock-down, I have one or two things to say.
First, I take the lack of any meaningful response from any of the posters and especially the stance taken by the person who brought the attack about, I am accepting that this means that the person responsible for the attack, and those directly involved, condoned, condone, and will continue to condone the actions on this blog, specifically the disgusting insults, acknowledgements of harassments, threats of harassment, the harassment itself, and the manner of the harassment at it's worst.
This means that all parties involved in the attack on this blog aided and abetted the actions that took place here. Email records transmitted automatically and directly from the blog are back-ups for the comments themselves. The person behing the attacks is one **** ******, of Australia. The main culprit, aided and abetted by the others, is known only by his screen-name, Borusa, and is a friend of the main perpetrator. The attack was carried out in order to coerce me into silence, and a gag order was later filed against me after this attempt at coercion failed, a mockery of law in my opinion.
Comment Moderaton remains up, and will likely not come down for some time.
An apology is wanted from me, by the person who orchestrated the attack, for actions I took, which, under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, are legally sound, valid, and within the law. The actions taken by this person are not legal, valid, or within the law. Therefore, this person has not apologized since then, and I take it as my right to assume that they have no intent on apologizing(until I have apologized, which I will not be doing, due to the nature of my actions, and due to the actions taken against me by this person). Since a great deal of time has passed since the harassment, with no apology, no expression of regret, and continued provocation and harassment, I will now state that this person is hostile towards me, and as such, is writing articles and commenting about me with no regard to my emotional state or wellbeing, and with the intent to inflict psychoogical and emotional pain. This harassment has been occurring since mid-july of 2007, and evidence to prove this, as well as the original article, and other relevant and pertinent information, has been destroyed by his person, and has left very little evidence.
The accusations of what I need to apologize for are also without grounds. The reasoning is backwards, and has to do with rights which he assumed he had on this blog, which he did not, including profanity, hate speech, and ironically, harassment.
More may be coming to this post in the future, and changes may be made. Nothing here is finalised. If you wish to discuss the material in this, you may post in the comments. I request that those posting anonymously use the "Other" option and make up a name, to avoid any confusion. If you are one of those mentioned in the post, feel free to vent as hard as you want, as I will delete any comments with excessive profanity, excessive insults, or any other content which is not acceptable.

I'm disappointed too, disappointed that you're so ready to deny ED members their constitutional rights, in favor of another set of rights. Parody is parody, and it's ironic to hear that NT Speaks is currently being championed of the same right to freedom of Speech that you don' t think ED deserves.
How is it that that Aspies can parody NTs, but not vice-versa? It's an abuse of the rights that are being championed, to use disability rights to defend the right to parody while turning around with those same rights to attack the right to parody.

Attack? Phil's World's owner is the one that set you up for it. If you didn't want a fight, you shouldn't have picked one. If you don't want to fight, then stop. Throw down your "arms", and just be done with it.
Freedom of speech, protected parody. You tried wiping ED's article on AS. You persisted and created sock puppets, and actively pursued a confrontation with ED. I'm sorry, but there's no real defence for your actions. I'm a member of ED, and I have a responsibility to Encyclopedia Dramatica as a member.
If you want everything to go away, you're going to have to get closure by making the choice to stop. It's on you.
I retaliated over your actions not because of what you did to me, but because of what you did to ED. You brought it onto yourself, and what I contributed was in defense of the rights you were so fired up to deny. If you were offended, you should have said that on the talk page, and made suggestions. Not outright vandalism.
If you want the fight to end, it's on you. If you want the personal information deleted, ask someone to post a request, or an apology. You won't make anything better by insulting them until your fingers cramp from typing.

I've considered the possibility, yes. After going through an extensive amount of dates, times, and suspicious occurences, it would appear to be someone who knew of my blog, knew of ED, knew of the article on ED, and several other factors. I do believe I know who they are, but without any solid evidence, it's useless.

I know for certain that the only time Philip goes onto the Internet at a library is if he is researching outside his own state - such as Canberra, Sydney and Adelaide. He never goes onto the Internet in Melbourne because he does not posess the time to do so.

Phil knows what he is doing. If you want him, and indeed Wally, me or Scratcher or whoever else to leave you alone, the legal onus is on you to leave Phil alone. Just before he went on holiday Phil emailed me to get my thoughts after he sent the message above - he'll be back on Tuesday night (Australian time). You need to be very careful what you say about Phil. What he has said about you is to do with your attitude and your thoughts - and that only. At no stage did he attack your actions except what you said on your own blog and in other places. And yet you give him grief about things he has not done.
Phil runs a regimented day IIRC. He does most of his Wiki work offline and uploads it later. He does virtually nothing on days when he is at the library, which is two days a week during the summer although since his recent move it's back to one day (Tuesday).

My apologies. I don't have the same laws as they have in Australia. I don't have any tangible way to have acquired said legal help in Australia, and the courts did not provide one to me as a defendant. No one told me anything about the laws, regulations, proper procedures and protocols. They told me to give an address, give them responses to what he wrote, and in my eyes, the whole thing was an utter travesty. He used the law to deny me my rights, to perform a legal song and dance. This was after someone he sent told me to take my life. After. So you know what? Take your prim and proper legal mumbo jumbo and shove it. If the law won't protect me from what Phil organized, and will actually [i]help[/i] him with gaining legally what he tried to gain illegally, then I don't feel that playing legal games is of any value.

It was attempted coercion, trying to gain something through organized harassment. They admit that it was harassment. And if it's not illegal, calling on someone to take their own life is generally considered amoral, if anything.
Apologize to Wally? Don't make me laugh. He's vouching for his character, the character of someone who willingly sent someone onto my blog who told me to kill myself. What did he do in repsonse? He punished Borusa, for messing up the harassment. He punished Borusa, and said nary a word in apology. He didn't make things right, he didn't express any apology or kind words towards me for what was done. He simply tried to distance himself from Borusa.
What a loyal friend, throwing Borusa away when it became prudent. Makes you wonder if he would do the same to you, no?
I've seen plenty of prejudice too; try split lips, black eyes, bruises, cuts, and several years of the most horrible abuse you can imagine. To give you a few of the more gritty examples, try being shoved headfirst into a garbage can. How about trying to kill yourself? Perhaps coming within one person's conscience of becoming a shattered, bloody mess in a trash compacter. I've survived that, both more and worse; And that was as a child.
I didn't get protection from anyone then, and I don't get it now.
